Responsibilities

The Opportunity

 

E2E Smart Ordering End to End project coordination & execution (Development &Control) ensuring business decisions are operationalized through sales routines, customer communication flows, system readiness, data-quality controls and frontline adoption mechanisms required to scale Tailored Pricing as a sustainable commercial capability. The role will support the E2E smart ordering Manager by coordinating rollout waves, field readiness, execution governance, issue resolution, action-plan follow-up and KPI visibility across the regions, sales districts, supply teams and customers.

 

 

Your Impact

 

As E2E Capability coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Coordinate field execution of rollout waves, ensuring commercial plans, pricing rules, customer lists, system readiness and field routines are aligned before deployment.
  • Translate approved GTM and commercial guardrails into clear operational playbooks, frontline routines and execution checklists for sales teams.
  • Monitor execution compliance and adoption KPIs, identifying gaps between pricing design and field implementation and driving corrective action plans.
  • Serve as the day-to-day connection point between commercial strategy teams and field sales teams to capture execution barriers, coordinate resolutions and escalate risks.
  • Support pilot and test-and-learn execution by coordinating store/customer selection inputs, readiness tracking, feedback collection, control/treatment execution checks and lessons learned.
  • Maintain operational governance routines including status updates, issue logs, risk tracking, action plans, SLA follow-up and rollout readiness reviews.
  • Coordinate training execution, reinforcement materials and field communication inputs in partnership with Change Management to sustain new pricing behaviors and routines.
  • Provide recurring visibility to leadership on adoption, execution quality, field feedback, operational risks and value-capture progress, using dashboards and structured insights.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to simplify field processes, improve compliance, enhance customer-level execution and accelerate Tailored Pricing scalability.

    Qualifications

    Who Are We Looking For? 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Commercial Management, Data Analytics or related disciplines.
    • 3 to 5 years of business/industry work experience
    • Experience working with functional leadership
    • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly present data, context and implications to senior business leaders.
    • English: Fluent
    • Ability to influence digital global agendas.
    • Master degree desirable
    • Strongly developed written and verbal communication skills.
    • Organization and planning skills.
    • Ability to diffuse work conflict without bringing it to the attention of the executive leader using strong interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
