Junior Officer - Corporate Accounting

Our services complement Arendt’s legal expertise and regulatory & consulting services. We are a Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) supervised by the CSSF and ISO 22301 certified.

The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).

Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:

Junior Officer - Corporate Accounting

Your role:

• Day-to-day bookkeeping (invoices / bank statements / …);
• Participation in the preparation of VAT returns;
• Preparation of payment orders and follow up;
• Participation in the preparation of monthly and/or quarterly interim accounts;
• Drafting of annual accounts under LuxGAAP;
• Support to audit missions (internal and external);
• Various administrative tasks related to your clients’ portfolio.

Your profile:

•  You have a higher education diploma (Bac+2) in accounting and management;
• A first experience in the field is a plus.
• You are familiar with the accounting rules and principles;
• You are rigorous and methodical, you can work independently or in a team;
• You have a good command of the usual computer tools, particularly Excel;
• You are fluent in English. French is considered as an asset.
