About the role:
As a Manager I, Global Digital Publication, you will lead Herbalife's EMEAI-based Digital Publication team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality digital content across our global digital ecosystem.
This role combines people leadership, digital operations, content governance, and process optimization. Working closely with Marketing, SEO, Data & Analytics, Localization, Product, and Engineering teams, you will ensure content is published efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with Herbalife's global digital strategy, brand standards, and regional requirements.

In this role, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Digital Publication Specialists.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of digital content across Herbalife's digital channels.
- Drive continuous improvement of publishing workflows, processes, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Analytics, Localization, Product, and Engineering teams to support content delivery and optimization.
- Oversee publishing requests, prioritization, and workload management through Workfront.
- Monitor publishing quality, operational performance, and team productivity.
- Support implementation of new digital capabilities, tools, and publishing best practices.
- Build strong relationships with global stakeholders to ensure successful execution of digital initiatives.
Our requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital content publishing, content operations, or digital platforms.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a team is preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience working with workflow and project management tools such as Workfront.
- Good understanding of digital publishing processes, SEO, accessibility, and content governance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong English communication skills.
