Senior Engineer Resource Planning

Join Infineon as a Senior Engineer Resource Planning and optimize resources for world-class operations. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Site Coordination: Act as main liaison with Cluster, Other site, Division and Engineering team for capacity ramp up or product transfer project.  Planning: Capacity, Investment and Headcount based on middle term demand (6-18 months) and long term demand (up to 5 years).  Production resource Monitoring: Track equipment including hardware Inventory, Headcount, New equipment delivery including Investment accuracy, and resolve issues such as expedites, recovery plans, and reworks.  Performance Improvement: Drive capacity improvement, maximize equipment utilization with optimize investment cost; conduct regular alignment meetings with cluster and stakeholders.  Capacity Alignment: Ensure capacity sufficiency to support customer requirements and site capacity/capability plans are aligned. Handle urgent or upside requests for short, middle and long term planning.  Production resource Control: Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of Capacity and Headcount readiness with Production, Engineering team and external partners.  Administrative Tasks: Manage Equipment and hardware ordering to support engineering team in Capacity and Financial related topics. • System & Project Support: Participate in supply chain system integration, improvement projects and product ramp up projects (e.g.,OneSAP, Site KPI, Make or Buy). Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or related fields.  Minimum 5 years’ experience of capacity planning, production resource management in manufacturing environment preferably Semiconductor industry.  Proficient in MS office and basic knowledge ERP system (SAP, Workstream is preferable).  Effective English writing and communications skills and able to interact with all levels.  Customer oriented and good understanding of Supply Chain management and IE tools.  Effective interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholder  Self-driven, result oriented and possess strong Critical thinking and problem solving skills - #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
