What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop, implement, and standardize clinical workflows
• Manage and mentor pharmacists, interns, and pharmacy technicians
• Oversee operational/project budgets and medication supply trends
• Partner with hospital, physician, and pharmacy leadership to improve patient care

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• PharmD or equivalent; Washington Pharmacist license at hire and NPI required
• 5+ years of acute-care inpatient pharmacist experience including inpatient pharmacy operations (ICU and ER background required)
• 3+ years leading direct reports with hiring/termination responsibility
• 2+ years managing operational/project budgets
• Experience developing clinical workflows with multidisciplinary hospital teams
