The Center’s goal is to achieve the most efficient and effective technology transfer and manufacturing ramp by combining front- and back-end manufacturing, product engineering and technology development roles.

Job Description

The F16N PEE IMP Manager is accountable for establishing and continuously improving the performance of the Section critical metrics to achieve Best-In-Class performance. This includes to achieve HVM performances in Safety, TTMCY, Maxout, CT and Cost. Your responsibilities also include establish collaboration between OMT and differnece divison and areas.

As Section Leader, you will also partake in the selection, development and sustainability of a high value workforce, as well as technical and leadership development. The PEE Section Manager is also responsible for working with Technology deep learning, Operation efficiency and especial focus on big rock as Max Out, cost down, TTMCY and quality mindset.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Department Management

  • Drive for efficiency in all work processes
  • Identify manage and monitor key performance indicators (important metrics) for the section
  • Establish a dedicated quality control culture within the section (SPC/FDC/defense line, etc.)
  • Ensure effective change system management is maintained (SWR, GCP, GeRM, etc.)
  • Formulate and drive fixes for main yield issues and IDL detractors across all products
  • Drive process simplification projects and support RPT reductions to improve Fab efficiency and costs

Strategic Coordination

  • Communicate section goals and areas of focus within your sphere of influence
  • Provide section updates to review current status and future goals and objectives
  • Communicate customer expectations to the organization
  • Manage the team member and develop and find out talent.

Performance Management

  • Develop a succession management strategy and periodically conduct talent reviews within section
  • Advocate a performance management culture, monitoring the use of the performance management system
  • Drive the deployment of site values within the organization
  • Monitor and manage the internal climate within the organization
  • Develop and promote technical expertise in the group to focus on expert process owner.

Strategic Leadership

  • Remain current on business and industry knowledge; current and possible future polices, practices and trends
  • Remain current on theories and practices of effective leadership
  • Provide ideas and recommendations to site leadership on department initiatives
  • Build competitive and creative strategies and plans

Program Management

  • Drive a culture of project management within the section
  • Prioritize and approve projects to align with OMT and F16N PEE focus
  • Manage, measure and monitor projects to ensure work you're doing and time frames are met
  • Provide project resources and remove barriers

Environmental, Health, Safety and Security

  • Exercise due diligence to prevent and detect safety and environmental hazards and violations
  • Demonstrate support for EHS programs to reinforce a positive culture for EHS activities
  • Demonstrate support for the execution of the EHS management systems throughout the organization
  • Ensure required EHS training is completed
  • Provide team members the resources necessary to fulfill their EHS responsibilities
  • Clearly communicate expectations and enforce safety and environmental policies
  • Promptly implement preventative and corrective actions when gaps in expectations are identified
  • Communicate problems or concerns to the appropriate individual immediately

Education

Required

Master Degree or equivalent experience

  • Engineering
  • Related field of study

Experience

Required

  • At least 4 years experience as IMP or device field of semiconductor.
  • E3 above at least.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in a Micron Manager position
  • Thorough knowledge of the module team structure, standards and processes
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams in defining and solving process problems
  • Advanced and thorough understanding of the DRAM process
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong data analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
