Job Description:
Jonas Vesta is seeking Accounts Payable Staff, in line with our recent Accounts Payable reorganization, to support our company's fast-paced growth. The incumbent will be responsible and accountable for completion of tasks of the accounts payable process within the assigned functional group. The successful applicant will be working in Corporate Finance with a team of highly motivated individuals who are engaged in continuous improvement. The incumbent must be organized, flexible, self-motivated, possess strong time management skills and be capable of handling high work volumes with accuracy during peak periods.
What will be you impact?
Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payable and expense transactions.
Responsible for safeguarding corporate assets by ensuring all claims are mathematically correct and include the appropriate approvals for all levels of expenditures.
Respond to supplier and employee enquiries politely and in a timely manner.
Maintaining proper files of supplier invoices and expense reports.
Assist with document shipping as required.
Providing support to the Finance team and business unit leadership.
