KBR is seeking a skilled Foreman, Warehouse​ - Tool Mechanic to support the inspection, maintenance, repair, and calibration of tools, equipment, and small machinery used in industrial and construction operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.

This role is responsible for ensuring tools and equipment remain reliable, operational, and ready to support project execution across a dynamic work environment.

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair tools and equipment including small machinery, power tools, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Perform preventative maintenance on tools and assemblies to extend lifespan and ensure reliability

• Disassemble and reassemble tools for repair or calibration, replacing defective components as needed

• Operate and maintain shop equipment such as mills, grinders, calipers, torque wrenches, for accurate inspections and repairs

• Maintain inventory and order parts for efficient workflow and ensure tools are stocked and ready for use

• Document all maintenance and repairs accurately, including logs of inspections, tests, and replacements

• Follow safety protocols rigorously when handling equipment, heavy tools, and hazardous materials

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training, technical school certification, or an apprenticeship in tool repair.

• 7 years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining tools, machinery, or heavy equipment

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50–70 lbs, stand for long periods, bend, squat, climb, and handle heavy tools safely.

Preferred Education & Skills:

• experience with hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems
