Leading HSE performance through visible leadership, Stop Work Authority, speaking‑up culture, audits, reviews, and compliance with Baker Hughes and customer HSE requirements
Driving effective project governance through communication plans, execution plans, risk management, contingency planning, emergency response readiness, and management of change
To be successful in this role you will:
Have extensive knowledge of stimulation vessel operations covering at least one of proppant fracture, acidization or scale remediation
Have proven experience managing complex, multi‑product oilfield or energy projects under integrated or lump‑sum contracting models
Have strong knowledge of project management practices, scheduling, risk management, and performance improvement methodologies
Have demonstrated HSE leadership experience, including audits, incident reviews, emergency response planning, and contractor management
Have the ability to lead cross‑functional teams within a matrix organization and engage effectively with customers, partners, and senior leadership
Have experience driving digital enablement or remote operations within project environments
Have strong commercial and financial acumen, including cost, time, and KPI reporting
