Responsibilities:

• Drive global process alignment and standardization across Micron network factories and subcontractors, ensuring adoption of Best-Known Methods (BKMs).

• Lead and manage implementation of new processes, equipment, and materials, including development and maintenance of process specifications, training materials, and SOPs.

• Ensure Global FMEA and Quality Control Plans (QCP) are consistently reviewed, updated, and aligned with current manufacturing practices.

• Establish and govern network change management requests, driving structured reviews and streamlined business processes.

• Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency, in close collaboration with site and global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

• Define, track, and drive global metrics to measure and reinforce process standardization and alignment.

• Serve as a key engineering partner for subcontractor management (HVM engineering) by:

• \- Providing oversight on manufacturing stability and process health

• \- Safeguarding product quality

• \- Supporting new subcontractor selection, qualification, and onboarding

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Knowledge of the semiconductor industry, preferably with experience in electronic manufacturing (PCBA manufacturing).

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and global teams.

• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and influence alignment across stakeholders.
