What You'll Do
- Welcome visitors and answer a multi-line phone system, connecting people with the right department.
- Provide administrative support through recordkeeping, document management, and data entry.
- Process store sales records, invoices, and other financial documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain Aftercare Program Student financial accounts, including deposits, expenses, and account balances.
- Assist with administrative projects and provide support to departments across the ministry.
- Participate in staff meetings, collaborate with the team, and help create a welcoming office environment.

The Details
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 am and 4:30 pm
Compensation: $15.80/hour
