This role is with KLG, a global leader in international education. KLG is now owned by Inspirit Capital and continues to deliver world-class educational experiences through its international network of schools and university partners.
Kaplan International Languages is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Account Manager to support student recruitment growth across the Americas. Reporting to the Account Manager, this role will focus on strengthening agent partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, driving student enrollments, and supporting regional sales and marketing initiatives.
We also require you to have excellent organizational skills and be a self-starter. KLG is a leading provider of English language courses. We take great pride in ensuring that our students have the opportunities and tools to succeed, and our educators offer consistently high standards of teaching.
We have language schools in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Germany, France, and Switzerland filled with students from all over the world.
As a Junior Account Manager, key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Achieving individual targets, both market-based and for specific relationships, to make a significant contribution towards the success of the region.
Deliver agent training programs, webinars, and workshops to improve partner product knowledge and conversion performance.
Represent Kaplan International Languages at industry conferences, agent workshops, recruitment fairs, and student-facing events.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new recruitment partners, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
Organizing presentations for the new business prospects.
Travelling to strategically important cities in the Americas with agents’ presence or strong business potential.
Assist with designing and implementing the strategy of offline marketing, such as networking activities.
Promoting KLG on an ongoing basis to generate new leads in the market by working with established key stakeholders, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Liaising effectively with all Kaplan agents and the international KLG colleges to ensure that the targets are met.
Developing market-specific collateral to support sales and recruitment in the Americas (liaising with the marketing department).
Maintain accurate records of partner activity and sales opportunities within the CRM system.
Monitor conversion rates, enrollment performance, and partner KPIs.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Providing support on market-based projects and regional strategy as specified by the Account Manager.
Other related activities as required by the Account Manager.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Education, or related field.
Demonstrated experience managing external partners or client relationships.
Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Intrinsic motivation with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a diverse environment.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be authorized to work in Colombia.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within the international education or study abroad sector.
Existing network of education agents in Latin America.
Experience delivering virtual and in-person trainings.
Portuguese language skills are a plus.
