Assistant Restaurant Manager – Luxury 5 Star Hotel

We are so excited to be working with a stunning 5-star luxury hotel nestled in the heart of Hampshire. They are looking for an ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team within their acclaimed 3 Rosette restaurant.

With an exceptional reputation for food and hospitality, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career. You may already be an Assistant Restaurant Manager, or perhaps a strong Head Waiter or Restaurant Supervisor looking for the opportunity to step into management.

You will be joining a passionate restaurant team where you will have plenty of responsibility on the floor, while also benefiting from excellent mentoring and development to help you grow as a manager.

• £40,000 package
• Accommodation available
• Fantastic 3.5-day working week
• Working approximately 48 hours per week
• A structured rota with two teams covering the week and rotating schedules every three months (Sunday to Wednesday & Wednesday to Sunday)

Responsibilities as an Assistant Restaurant Manager…

• Leading the restaurant team throughout service and ensuring the floor runs smoothly
• Supporting the senior restaurant management team with the day-to-day operation
• Leading from the front and creating a positive, motivated environment for the team
• Ensuring consistently high standards of service and attention to detail
• Training, supporting and developing members of the restaurant team

This role would suit a driven hospitality professional with experience in a quality restaurant or luxury hotel environment. You will be a natural people person who enjoys leading a team and is eager to develop your management skills.

Perhaps most importantly, they are open to someone making their first move into an Assistant Restaurant Manager position, making this a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Head Waiter or Supervisor who feels ready for more responsibility.
