Your Opportunity:

Taylor Corporation is looking for an Order Picker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders while maintaining quality, inventory accuracy, and a safe and organized work environment.

Work Authorization:

Your Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders according to order requirements.
• Perform quality checks to ensure orders are complete and accurate.
• Verify product and stock availability.
• Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory locations.
• Repackage products and orders as needed.
• Use scanning equipment to accurately track inventory and order activity.
• Maintain accurate records related to picking and inventory activity.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow established safety procedures and department processes.
• Work with team members to meet daily productivity, accuracy, and customer service goals.

Your Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm

You Must Have:

• Ability to use a ring scanner or similar handheld scanning device.

• Ability to read, count accurately, and perform basic math.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

• Strong organization and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

• Self-motivation and a dependable work ethic.

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.

• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.

• Regularly handle products, materials, and equipment used within the operation.

• Frequently required to move throughout the facility.

• Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or carry 25 pounds or more.

We Would Also Prefer:

• Previous order picking, packing, warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience.

• Previous experience using handheld scanners or inventory systems.
