Location: Santa Maria, CA

Quality Mobile Home Services is hiring immediately for full-time Skilled Construction Laborers. We serve our Central California territory, which runs from North Los Angeles to Salinas, with work dispatched out of Santa Maria.
This position is ideal for someone with real construction experience who can work productively with limited supervision. You will take ownership of assigned tasks, help train newer laborers, and work across multiple trades on the repair, improvement, and remodeling of manufactured and mobile homes.
A reliable vehicle is required to travel to job sites. A truck is preferred.

What You'll Do
As a Skilled Construction Laborer, you will perform production work across multiple trades and take ownership of assigned tasks. Responsibilities include:
• Performing carpentry, framing, subfloor repair, and structural repairs
• Assisting with releveling, pier and footing work, and foundation repairs
• Installing skirting, siding, trim, awnings, decks, and steps
• Completing plumbing repairs, drywall installation and patching, painting, and flooring projects
• Reading scopes of work and completing tasks to company standards
• Assisting in training and directing entry-level laborers
• Maintaining tools, materials, and a clean, safe job site
• Following company safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
• 2-5 years of general construction experience
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites (truck preferred)
• Experience in multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring, or siding
• Ability to work productively with limited supervision
• Ownership of basic hand tools
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Ability to lift heavy materials
• Comfortable working outdoors and in crawl spaces
• Manufactured or mobile home experience is a plus but not required
