Overview

A Fallon Account Manager has a passion for creativity and is the engine that keeps brand team’s efforts moving in the right direction to deliver our products on time, on budget, and in line with our standards and our clients’ needs.

 

This person serves as the keeper-of-details on all projects, managing the ins and outs of a project, dialogue with legal and business affairs, and all interactions with billing and talent management.

 

Regular opportunities will be presented where the Account Manager can help hone a point of view and establish a strategic voice such as, on-going competitive analysis that will be shared with clients and internal teams, managing smaller scale projects solo, and attending appropriate client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Project initiation
• Scheduling client meetings and managing client-facing organizational materials
• Ownership of internal status documents for working teams
• Developing project timelines in partnership with Project Management department
• Handling meeting follow-ups/call recaps as needed
• Generating estimates and securing approvals (after consulting with Supervisor/Director) 
• Managing media and value add programs
• On-going competitive monitoring
• Legal and network clearance, in accordance with client regulation mandates
• Trafficking final creative assets (broadcast & digital) 
• Talent management
• Conducting billing meetings with finance and ensuring jobs stay on budget (with MS)
• Account asset management and organization across all workstreams. Keep Box team folders organized and updated
• Responding to tactical, ad hoc client requests

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience preferred; no entry level
• Communicative (Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills)
• Action oriented
• Highly organized; experience coordinating integrated campaigns across multiple channels/workstreams
• Self-starter; steadfast proactive approach in managing the day-to-day
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $70,784.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
