Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is looking for candidates to join our Housekeeping team as an Assistant Director of Housekeeping. As a Housekeeping leader, you will inspire and support a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will ensure the highest standards of comfort, cleanliness, and safety for all guests while coaching, motivating, and developing team members to maximize departmental efficiency, productivity, and service quality in alignment with Four Seasons standards.
What You'll Do:
Lead, develop, and support the Housekeeping team through hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and daily shift oversight to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence.
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction across guest rooms, public spaces, and employee areas by conducting inspections, responding to guest needs, and maintaining Four Seasons standards.
Drive departmental efficiency and financial performance by managing labor and operating expenses, overseeing payroll and inventory processes, maintaining equipment, and supporting budget and capital planning initiatives.
What You Bring:
Fluent in English, reading and writing
Secondary education or equivalent experience
2 years of management experience in a luxury hotel.
Requires a working technical knowledge of general building maintenance
Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment
