PA & Team Assistant
About the role
- Manage the Country Manager's calendar, ensuring effective prioritization, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and business commitments.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting logistics, room bookings, and follow-up actions.
- Screen, monitor, and manage incoming correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation where required.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other documentation for leadership meetings and business reviews.
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary management.
- Process travel and expense claims in accordance with company policies.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs), monitor invoices, track payments, and liaise with Finance and vendors to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and confidential business information.
- Organize team events, leadership meetings, town halls, supporting HR at employee engagement activities , and off-site meetings.
Why you?
- High School diploma or Associate degree
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, or Administrative Support role.
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Advanced IT skills to include Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel, Share point
- Demonstrable experience in providing secretarial support to senior leadership
- Experience with SAP, Ariba, or similar systems for PO and invoice management.
- Event and meeting planning skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and anticipate business needs.

EUR 17,515.00 - EUR 24,083.40 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role.
