Job Summary

The Associate Corporate Benefit Analyst will be responsible for ongoing benefit maintenance related to self-insured health benefit offerings as well as voluntary benefit offerings. Associate Corporate Benefits Analyst will be a primary point of contact as the administrator for the TriNet benefits pertaining to colleagues. The Associate Corporate Benefit Analyst will be expected to work closely with the team to assist in developing necessary processes, completing process documentation. The Associate Corporate Benefit Analyst must be able to work and communicate effectively with all TriNet colleagues to effectively assess any escalated requests by analyzing data and conducting necessary research to perform root cause analysis and provide resolution.

What you will do

  • Administer and support U.S. employee benefit programs, including 401(k), COBRA, FSA, HSA, health & welfare plans, and leave-related benefit changes. Process enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, and employee benefit transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries. Research, analyze, and resolve benefit-related issues ensuring a positive employee experience through emails/ ticketing tools
  • Perform benefits audits, reconciliations, and reporting activities. Validate enrollment data, payroll deductions, vendor files, and benefits administration records to ensure data integrity and compliance requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with benefits vendors, brokers, payroll, HRIS, and other internal stakeholders to support ongoing benefits administration, issue resolution, renewals, and process improvements.
  • Manage the India Rewards & Recognition (R&R) program end-to-end, including nomination management, approvals, communications, award fulfillment, governance, reporting, budget tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Support annual benefits initiatives and projects such as Open Enrollment, benefits communications, employee education campaigns, system implementations, and process enhancement efforts. Develop project plans, drive timelines and track deliverables
  • Maintain process documentation, knowledge articles, SOPs, and training materials. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and other benefits projects as assigned.
