Join the Korean Women's Association as a Full-Time Human Services Manager. This position could be located in Tacoma or Lynnwood, WA. Your day to day as a Human Services MANAGER

As a new Human Services Manager at the Korean Women's Association, you can expect a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on planning, operating, and coordinating various citizenship and immigrations services. Each day, you'll engage in data collection and data analytics/reporting, ensuring compliance and quality assurance across all initiatives. You will facilitate community engagement and collaboration, enhancing service delivery through effective case management and systems improvement. Expect to lead project management efforts, utilizing tools like GetCare and Salesforce for digital tracking systems, streamlining operations management processes.

Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured yet flexible approach to fulfilling your role in the nonprofit sector.
