Job Description
We are currently seeking a bi-lingual Customer Support Representative to support our badging and identity management services in our Fieldprint Researcher department. This individual will assist with the preparation and distribution of badges at an assigned client location. And, this representative will assist in reviewing and finalizing key pieces of the remote I-9 process queue.
This role is hybrid but must be based in or around Ft. Lauderdale, FL. This role is Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm or 9 am - 5 pm. The rate of pay is $17.70/hour.
Responsibilities
- Review and verification of digital photographs received in the assigned queues daily.
- Review of the queue includes photo review and printing of all badges received ensuring all meet good quality standards of production.
- Timely production of badges completed within the standard production days.
- Assist with badge distribution, tracking, etc.; delivery of badges to locations.
- Effectively multitask between Queues and emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Proficiently manage all Queues associated with the Form I-9 Photo Queue.
Required Skills
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Ethical conduct and compliance with Fieldprint, Inc. Code of Conduct.
- Must successfully complete the FBI and client background screening process.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to client sites as required.
- Proficiency in M.S. Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Communicate well both orally and in writing.
- Able to work with a diverse population.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be able to maintain confidential information and follow procedures for work processing.
Education
- The candidate we are seeking will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
