Prep Cook – Kiln Creek

At Kiln Creek, hospitality starts in the kitchen. Our prep team plays an essential role in the success of our culinary operation, helping ensure every service, guest experience, and in-house event is prepared, organized, and ready to deliver.

We're seeking a Prep Cook who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and understands that great service starts with great preparation. You'll work closely with our chefs to prepare ingredients for daily service and in-house events while maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency.

What You'll Do

Prepare and portion ingredients, follow prep lists, and assist with preparation for daily service and in-house events. Maintain proper food storage and labeling, keep your workspace clean and organized, and support the culinary team while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

What You Bring

Previous kitchen experience preferred, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. A team-first mindset, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential.
