Description
Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking an Office Manager to manage all aspects of operating Grace Music School in Mount Pleasant, SC and serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. A successful office manager will be a warm, welcoming presence at the front desk; promote and maintain the school’s positive culture, create loyal customers, and help enhance the reputation of the school. This is a full-time salaried position with opportunities for career advancement possible.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to phone calls and emails from students and families regarding enrollment, scheduling, and other requests for information
- Selling the school and processing enrollments
- Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring that teachers stay on schedule
- Overseeing all aspects of scheduling and interfacing with teachers to help them manage their student schedules
- Building strong relationships with families and teachers; handling elevated client interactions
- Supporting marketing, enrollment growth, and student retention initiatives
- Coordinate major school events, including student recitals and community programs
- Helping to manage our website, newsletters, and social media presence to represent the school to our local community
- Helping to organize and execute student performance opportunities and other community events
- Assuring all facilities are properly stocked and teachers are fully supported with any necessary equipment/materials
- Light housekeeping
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and staff management experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Excellent phone skills
- Excellent memory and extraordinary attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in operations, administration, or customer service (arts/education a plus).
- Passion for music and community engagement
