High-Net-Worth Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients with complex, multi-line insurance needs. This role involves servicing accounts that include multimillion-dollar homes, high-value automobiles, watercraft/yachts, and umbrella/excess liability coverage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and casualty insurance, familiarity with high-net-worth carriers such as Chubb and PURE, and the ability to build and maintain sophisticated client relationships. Applied EPIC experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of high-net-worth personal lines accounts.
- Review, market, and place coverage across multiple carriers for clients with complex risk profiles.
- Build and maintain strong, high-touch relationships with high-net-worth clientele.
- Process renewals, endorsements, and policy changes with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide proactive risk management guidance and solutions tailored to client needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Proven experience servicing high-net-worth personal lines accounts.
- Familiarity with high-net-worth carriers such as Chubb, PURE, and others.
- Proficiency with Applied EPIC software is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong professional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage directly with sophisticated clients.
- Must be based in or willing to work from the Wilmington or Raleigh, NC area. Candidates in Charlotte/Concord will be considered for the right fit.
