Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday We're building something extraordinary as two leading organisations come together to create the UK's largest mobile network provider. In this exciting role, you'll support the Commercial Management team across pre-sales, mobilisation, governance, sustainability, and resource planning, helping shape competitive proposals and ensuring commercial activities are delivered with accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail. Working alongside colleagues across Sales, Finance, Legal, Bid Management, Operations, and PMO teams, you'll play an important part in turning opportunities into successful outcomes. You'll support the development of commercial proposals and quotations, helping to prepare and validate pricing information. You'll contribute to governance activities, ensuring commercial processes, approvals, and compliance requirements are followed throughout the sales lifecycle. You'll assist with identifying, tracking, and mitigating commercial risks while maintaining risk registers and following up on key actions. You'll manage and maintain commercial documentation, ensuring information is organised, accurate, and audit-ready. You'll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to coordinate commercial inputs and support business opportunities. You'll help deliver mobilisation activities by creating contract summaries, tracking obligations and milestones, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating key documentation. You'll support compliance with commercial standards, contractual obligations, and organisational policies while contributing ideas for continuous improvement. You'll help ensure commercial deliverables are completed accurately, thoroughly, and on time across bids, governance reviews, and mobilisation activities. You'll bring an understanding of commercial principles, pricing approaches, and risk management practices. You'll be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and building positive relationships across multidisciplinary teams. You'll have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to share information clearly and effectively. You'll be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and maintain exceptional attention to detail. You'll enjoy working in a structured environment where accuracy, compliance, and documentation quality are key. You'll be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with commercial data and reporting tools. You'll have a degree, or be working towards one, in Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline, although equivalent experience will also be valued. Professional qualifications such as CIPS, WorldCC, or similar will be advantageous but are not essential. You'll be proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn, with a continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
