About the Role:
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve PeopleSoft FSCM support issues in accordance with established SLAs.
- Design, develop, and unit test enhancements and customizations in PeopleSoft FSCM.
- Create and modify Components, Pages, Records, Fields, File Layouts, Process Definitions, Menus, Portal Registrations, and Permission Lists.
- Develop and maintain SQR, Application Engine, BI Publisher reports, interfaces, and batch processes.
- Prepare technical design documents and development specifications.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement appropriate fixes.
- Support PeopleSoft Finance processes across AP, AR, AM, Billing, GL, and eProcurement.
- Perform peer code reviews and follow established development standards.
- Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft development and/or production support.
- Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, including:
- Application Designer
- Application Engine
- Component Interface
- Security Administrator
- Data Mover
- Workflow
- PS Query
- PS Job Processes
- Data Migration
- Good understanding of PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain.
- Working knowledge of AP, AR, AM, Billing, GL, and eProcurement
Good to Have Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
