Interface with Truck Based teams to help control manpower and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
Review contract terms and conditions and support project execution in line with contract requirements.
Coordinate drawing layouts and detailing to support proper installation.
Monitor financial reporting, project schedules, costs, billings, payables, and collections to identify risk early and support recovery actions when needed.

Manage material procurement, warehousing, and logistics activities to support project delivery.
Maintain strong customer and subcontractor relationships, attend job progress meetings, and ensure expectations are clearly understood.

How You Will Do It
Own the outcome by taking accountability for safety, scope, quality, schedule, and financial results on every assigned project.
Stay close to the work by working directly with Mechanics, subcontractors, customers, and Sales to remove obstacles quickly and keep projects moving.
Improve every day by using clear reporting, candid issue escalation, and practical recovery plans to address risk before it impacts delivery.
Win as one team by building trust across project, field, logistics, and sales partners and by valuing different perspectives in problem-solving.
Use standardized processes to ensure consistent project execution, accurate documentation, and reliable communication with management and customers.
Lead with safety and integrity by reinforcing safe work practices and expecting the same standard from Johnson Controls team members and subcontractors.
