This individual is responsible for leading Control Account Management (CAM) activities for the F135 sustainment Joint Technical Data (JTD) work scope within the Military Customer Support & Flight Safety (MCSS) organization. The role requires strong collaboration, disciplined cost and schedule management, and proactive communication across multiple functional partners including Program Office, Earned Value, Finance, BACE, Pricing, and Integrated Master Scheduling.

What You Will Do:

  • Execute monthly CAM responsibilities under Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines.

  • Own Level 5 WBS financial performance for F135 JTD, including monthly forecasting, Estimate to Complete (ETC) development, Business Change Requests (BCRs), and cost/schedule variance recovery actions.

  • Monitor program financial and execution performance and provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making and corrective action.

  • Serve as a key contributor to Contract Estimate at Completion (CEAC) reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs).

  • Partner with the Business Acquisition Center of Excellence (BACE) to develop competitive and compliant Basis of Estimate (BOE) strategies supporting proposal and capture efforts.

  • Drive disciplined financial execution aligned with contract requirements, program objectives, and enterprise business rhythms.

  • Assess program risks and opportunities and support development of mitigation and resolution strategies.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a 4-year undergraduate degree with 2 years of project or program management experience, or an advanced degree with no experience.

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience in program management with specialization in management techniques.

  • Knowledge and skills in Earned Value Management and program execution.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.

  • Experience with SAP and WebEVM.

  • Strength across the following competencies: Customer Focus, Forward Thinking, and Business Judgment.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
