Part-time position averaging 5-8 hours per week.
Dunwoody College of Technology is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Esports Coaches to support our competitive esports programs. Coaches will work directly with student-athletes competing in Call of Duty, Rocket League, and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, helping them develop their skills, teamwork, communication, and competitive mindset.
This role is ideal for individuals who have competitive experience in one or more of these titles and are passionate about mentoring students in a collegiate esports environment.
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong knowledge of Call of Duty, Rocket League, and/or Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate college students.
- Reliable transportation and ability to attend on-campus practices.
Preferred:
- Previous coaching, mentoring, or leadership experience.
- Collegiate, amateur, or competitive esports experience.
- Experience participating in organized esports leagues or tournaments.
