š§© What Youāll Do
- Lead vendor product changes: Take ownership of additions, pricing updates, integration changes, platform improvements, and launch-readiness activity from planning through delivery.
- Become a trusted vendor partner: Serve as the primary contact for operational questions, technical concerns, and escalated issues after onboarding.
- Connect business and technology: Translate vendor and stakeholder needs into clear requirements that Product and Engineering teams can act on.
- Strengthen order-to-cash experiences: Understand the full journey from an order being placed through billing and identify ways to make it more reliable, efficient, and scalable.
- Coordinate across the business: Bring together Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Support, Vendor Alliances, and other teams to move priorities forward.
- Keep stakeholders aligned: Facilitate productive meetings and communicate timelines, decisions, risks, open questions, and launch readiness with clarity.
- Resolve platform challenges: Investigate vendor and product issues, coordinate bug resolution, and keep the right people informed through to completion.
- Improve how work gets done: Identify repetitive or high-friction processes and implement thoughtful automation, artificial intelligence-enabled workflows, or redesigned processes.
- Support long-term vendor success: Partner with the Vendor Launch team to create smooth handoffs and establish vendors for effective lifecycle management.

- Substantial experience across project management, operations, business analysis, vendor management, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to facilitate productive meetings, guide decisions, and keep varied stakeholder groups aligned.
- Hands-on exposure to application programming interface integrations, with the ability to understand how systems exchange information.
- Familiarity with project and task-management platforms such as Jira, Wrike, or Asana.
- Working knowledge of structured delivery or process-improvement approaches such as Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, or Design Thinking.
- The ability to translate confidently between business needs and technical concepts.
- Excellent critical-thinking, task-management, and organizational skills.
- A clear, adaptable communication style that works across individual contributors, senior leaders, vendors, and technical teams.
- Confidence managing several priorities while maintaining urgency, accuracy, and visibility.
- Demonstrated experience using artificial intelligence-enabled tools, automation, or process redesign to strengthen operational outcomes.
- Curiosity about emerging technology and the judgment to apply it to practical business challenges.
- The self-awareness and initiative to ask thoughtful questions, learn quickly, and operate independently.
- A bachelorās degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
