We are looking for a Senior Principal Talent Acquisition Partner to support executive search and recruitment across the APAC region.
Your day at NTT DATA
The Senior Principal Talent Acquisition Partner is a highly skilled subject matter expert, responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring teams to identify key talent needs and implementing effective sourcing strategies.

This role builds strong candidate pipelines, optimizes recruitment practices, and upholds a positive candidate experience while playing a vital role in attracting top talent and supporting the organizational growth and success.

Key responsibilities:
  • Guides on talent acquisition strategy in alignment with the organization's overall business goals. This includes identifying talent needs, creating recruitment plans, and executing effective hiring strategies.
  • Manages candidate sourcing efforts using various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and talent databases, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Implements candidate assessment methods and interview techniques to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Guides on optimization of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring it is streamlined, efficient, and compliant with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Utilizes talent analytics and recruitment metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts, providing data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Stays updated on recruitment technology trends and leverage relevant tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platform to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines throughout the recruitment process.
  • Acts as an ambassador for the organization's employer brand, promoting its values, culture, and opportunities to attract top talent.
  • Effectively manages the talent acquisition budget for their area, allocating resources appropriately to achieve recruitment goals while maintaining cost-efficiency.
  • Drives continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices, seeking opportunities to enhance recruitment outcomes and processes.
  • Performs any other related task as required.

To thrive in this role, you need to have:
  • Extended understanding of talent acquisition strategies, best practices, and industry trends to attract and retain top talent.
  • Extended understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and assessment to offer management and onboarding.
  • Extended knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to talent acquisition and candidate selection.
  • Excellent ability to stay updated on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to inform talent acquisition strategies.
  • Extended experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other technology used to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Extended understanding of employer branding initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice and enhance its reputation in the talent market.
  • Extended knowledge of HR and policies related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Excellent ability to develop and execute talent acquisition plans aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey talent acquisition strategies and results to senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Extended ability to utilize talent analytics and recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrates a forward-thinking approach to talent acquisition, anticipating future talent needs, and developing proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Open to new ideas and embracing innovative recruitment practices and technologies.
  • Excellent ability to influence stakeholders to support talent acquisition initiatives.

Academic qualifications and certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology or related field.
  • Relevant certifications are beneficial.

Required experience:
  • Extended demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or related fields with a demonstrated track record of success in executive search and recruitment.
  • Extended demonstrated track record of developing and executing strategic talent acquisition plans that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Extended background in talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and implementing best practices for attracting and hiring top candidates.
  • Extended experience in employer branding strategies and initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice and attract top talent.
  • Extended experience in talent analytics and recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Extended experience in managing talent acquisition efforts in multiple locations, understanding global talent market dynamics, and navigating cultural differences.
  • Extended experience in managing the talent acquisition budget and allocating resources strategically to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Extended experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases.
