Job Responsibilities:
- Order, receive, organize, and stock truck and trailer parts and supplies for the maintenance shop.
- Issue parts to technicians and accurately bill parts to the appropriate repair orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify slow- and fast-moving parts to ensure timely replenishment and minimize shortages or excess inventory.
- Create, review, and monitor work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the parts department remains organized and efficient.
- Work closely with the Parts Manager, maintenance team, and other departments to support daily operations.

- Previous experience with parts, inventory management, or a related field is preferred.
Job Requirements:
- In-office position, Monday–Friday.
- Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Weekly pay.
