PARTS CLERK

Job Responsibilities:

• Order, receive, organize, and stock truck and trailer parts and supplies for the maintenance shop.
• Issue parts to technicians and accurately bill parts to the appropriate repair orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify slow- and fast-moving parts to ensure timely replenishment and minimize shortages or excess inventory.
• Create, review, and monitor work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the parts department remains organized and efficient.
• Work closely with the Parts Manager, maintenance team, and other departments to support daily operations.

• Previous experience with parts, inventory management, or a related field is preferred.

Job Requirements:

• In-office position, Monday–Friday.
• Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience.
• Weekly pay.
• Benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays available.

Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position.
