Description
- Process, review, and maintain constituent, contribution, and related organizational data within the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of records
- Support daily contribution processing activities through the receipt, sorting, verification, batching, and entry of financial contributions and related donor information, while maintaining data accuracy and compliance with established procedures
- Perform quality review of entered data, identify discrepancies, and assist with corrective actions to maintain data integrity across multiple contribution sources and processing channels
- Maintain and update constituent account information by processing returned mail, donor correspondence, and changes to contact or account records to ensure accurate communication and reporting
- Assist with administrative management of data processing workflows through exception handling and related operational activities
- Cross Team Collaboration to ensure timely and consistent processing of information and effective data management practices
- Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor to support department and ministry needs
- Must possess a vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ and agree with the Joni and Friends statement of faith
- Desire to serve in a growing and dynamic Christian service ministry
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, data processing, or CRM/database management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience (2+ years) in a data-related role acceptable
- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM system) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
- Ability to consistently handle repetitive tasks with precision and care
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- High level of discretion and professionalism; must maintain strict confidentiality of all constituent and financial information
- Basic experience in reporting or data analysis is a plus (e.g., running standard reports, identifying data trends, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team player with a collaborative spirit, who can also work independently with minimal supervision
- Understanding of Christian ministry and specifically Joni and Friends is desirable
Work is performed in a professional office setting with occasional movement throughout the facility. The environment is typically quiet to moderate in noise level, with standard lighting and temperature conditions. Employees are expected to maintain safety and ergonomic awareness while performing all tasks.

Compensation: $21.50 - $24.00 per hour. This is a hybrid position, in office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, remote Wednesday and Friday.
