Apprentice BPA

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Intern to support the Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) team. This role provides hands-on exposure to financial planning, forecasting, reporting, business performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. The intern will work closely with finance professionals and business stakeholders to analyze financial data, develop insights, and support operational and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Running / Maintenance of the monthly and quarterly reviews
• Consolidate and validate financial and operational data from multiple sources.
• Help identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
• Support ad hoc financial analyses and management presentations.
• Assist in improving reporting processes and enhancing data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.

Qualifications

Required

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
