About the Role
What You Will Do
- Compensation Analytics: Analyze compensation and benefits data across LATAM and provide insights that support decision making and regional initiatives.
- Reward Processes: Support the preparation and execution of key global and regional compensation processes, including merit and bonus cycles.
- Job Evaluation: Conduct position evaluations and support job architecture activities using established methodologies and market frameworks.
- Market Benchmarking: Participate in salary surveys, analyze market trends, and help maintain competitive compensation structures across LATAM.
- Project Support: Contribute to regional Compensation & Benefits and HR projects by preparing analyses, recommendations, and reporting
- Data Quality & Reporting: Perform audits, monitor data accuracy, and drive continuous improvements in HR and compensation data quality.
- Stakeholder Support: Provide guidance and support to HR stakeholders on compensation, benefits, mobility, and related reward topics.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with exposure to job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and reward programs. Experience working across multiple LATAM markets is highly valued.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with large datasets and macros. Experience with Power BI, HRIS compensation modules, market surveys, and job evaluation methodologies is preferred. Knowledge of Mercer methodologies and compensation surveys is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, organization and planning skills, proactive mindset, self-management, and a continuous improvement approach.
- Advanced English proficiency.
