What you bring:

· You will coach, mentor, and lead a team of Fraud Prevention Analysts in performing their daily duties and responsibilities. You will provide the team guidance, direction, and constructive feedback, as needed. You will work closely with leadership/management.

· You will be the go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all things Fraud Analytics.

· You will be working with large-scale business data sets, and the ideal candidate will have advanced skills in data manipulation, script-building, Excel, and SQL. (8+ years of experience preferred)

· You will possess a strong understanding of internal business segment (stakeholders) and presentation skills.

· You will possess a strong understanding of working in complex corporate environments and have the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to complete tasks.

· The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills and be comfortable with presenting to large audiences and executive-level stakeholders.

· You will have experience in relational database structures, research methods, sampling techniques and system testing.

· You are a go-getter, are self-directed, and able to work independently.

· You will have advanced data mining experience.

· You will have several years of experience with BI tools (Hyperion, SAS, Python, Tableau, etc.)

· You will have an Analytical mindset and a genuine interest in crunching datasets and delving into advanced research to discover trends.

· Fraud background preferred in data driven rule writing/rule design.

· Superior verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills. The ability to complete quality work within strict timeframes and meet deadlines.

· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

· Complete other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree: Preferred studies will be in statistics, accounting, finance, economics, or business.

Master’s degree in a quantitative or business field is a plus.

What you will be doing:

Lead a team, providing coaching, guidance, feedback, and support. Analyze fraud metrics and report emerging trends. Test, implement, and modify fraud strategies. Evaluate fraud databases and operational performance. Integrate fraud data with other sources to assess end-to-end performance. Support clients' fraud-related needs. Design and automate internal and external fraud reports. Present performance and opportunities to clients. Collaborate on special fraud projects. Proactively seek improvement opportunities. Handle ad hoc report and analysis requests. Work independently and collaboratively. Perform additional duties as needed.
