Our client is an established, founder-led luxury events and lifestyle group with operations across Singapore and Hong Kong. They partner with leading global brands, financial institutions and private clients to deliver high-end events, experiences and bespoke projects.

With ambitious plans for continued growth across Asia, they are expanding their senior team and looking for talented individuals who combine commercial thinking, exceptional client service and a strong understanding of the luxury market.

What you'll be doing:

• Own and grow a portfolio of corporate, luxury and UHNWI accounts.
• Act as the senior client relationship lead, from briefing and proposal through to delivery.
• Drive retention, account growth and new business.
• Lead proposals and work closely with delivery teams to ensure excellent execution.
• Mentor and develop Managers and Senior Associates.

What you bring:

• 10–12 years' experience in events, marketing, luxury brands or experiential agencies.
• Strong experience with luxury brands, financial institutions, MNCs and/or UHNW clients.
• Existing senior client network in HK or Singapore.
• Proven ability to grow and retain high-value accounts.
• Strong commercial skills, including proposals, negotiation, budgets and profitability.
• Experience leading corporate events and mentoring teams.

You're not right for the role if:

• No meaningful luxury, financial or senior commercial experience.
• Cannot demonstrate independent ownership of senior client relationships.
• No relevant network in HK/SG.
• Needs significant support to develop/present proposals.
• Pattern of very short senior tenures.
