Inside Sales Representative

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Inside Sales Representative where you will drive revenue growth through high-velocity new business development (60%) and repeat business (40%); close transactional sales from incoming calls (20-40% order rate depending on level); convert marketing leads into sales; make outbound calls for opportunity progression; ensure appropriate pricing; maintain accurate CRM data and short-term forecasts.

What you’ll do as Inside Sales Representative:

• Qualify inbound leads and convert marketing leads into sales through consultative phone-based selling

• Conduct proactive outbound calling to existing customers and prospects for new business development

• Achieve individual revenue targets through balanced approach of inbound conversion and outbound prospecting

• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable short-term sales forecasts

• Build and maintain customer relationships through systematic follow-up processes

• Collaborate with field sales teams on lead handoffs and account coordination

You are:

• Previous sales, customer service, or customer-facing experience (1+ years) with ability to build rapport and handle objections

• Experience in phone-based or remote communication environments with comfort in verbal interactions

• Basic experience with CRM systems or systematic record-keeping approaches

• History of meeting targets or performance standards in previous roles

• Willingness to learn outbound cold calling techniques and embrace proactive prospecting approach
