Job Description:

Procurement Finance Supervisor (20E) (Shift Timing 16:00 – 01:00 IST)

The Procurement Finance Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Procurement Finance Manager in providing financial, analytical and reporting support for UPS procurement teams and conducting and executing company-wide cost savings initiatives. He/She is responsible for developing forecasts and budgets and for creating, analyzing, and developing a wide range of reports, financial models and management presentations. This position supervises specialists and the administrative staff within the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Procurement Finance Manager in developing and executing procurement finance strategies and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Analyze procurement spending trends, supplier costs, savings opportunities, and key financial metrics.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support sourcing decisions, negotiations, and business cases.
  • Monitor procurement savings initiatives and validate realized savings against established targets.
  • Partner with Procurement, Operations, F&A, and other business functions to ensure alignment of financial objectives.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Support corporate card programs through rebate reconciliations, forecasting, reporting and program performance tracking.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/Accounting or equivalent) 
  • Prior experience in Financial Analysis, or related financial functions (Preferred).

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL/Power BI for analytics & reporting (Preferred).
  • Prior experience of driving large cost savings initiative (Preferred).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
