What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition leader who understands that successful recruiting requires more than managing requisitions.
This person must be able to lead a recruiting team, understand the numbers, build credibility with operations, recognize hiring bottlenecks, challenge inefficient processes, and respond quickly when business priorities change.
The successful Talent Acquisition Manager will balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution and understand that recruiting is ultimately about connecting the right people with the business at the right time.
For an organization dependent on skilled field talent, recruiting must remain closely connected to operations. This role will help ensure that connection remains strong, responsive, measurable, and effective.
