If you're a hunter, not a waiter, this is your kind of sales role. If you've built your career in home improvement, roofing, construction, or insurance-claims sales — and know how to create opportunities, build relationships, and close deals — we want to talk to you. With most of your pipeline coming from door-to-door prospecting, referrals, networking, and territory development, supplemented by company-generated, warm leads through our in-house R3 marketing system, this opportunity offers some security and lucrative earnings for above-average, motivated sales professionals. We're looking for competitive, quota-driven individuals who thrive on the chase, aren't afraid to earn their business, and are motivated by performance.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage your own territory pipeline through direct prospecting and referrals
- Close high-quality, company-generated leads using our proven sales process and CRM
- Manage the full sales cycle — from inspection to insurance claim to signed contract
- Hit monthly quota and pipeline targets, so you always know exactly where you stand
- Get full company training, coaching, and a real path to grow your career
What You Bring
- 1+ years of proven, quota-driven outside sales success — home improvement, roofing, restoration, or insurance-claims experience preferred
- Comfort prospecting and building your own business — not just working leads handed to you
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Tech-savvy with CRM tools and mobile sales apps
