We have an opportunity available for an energetic, passionate and highly capable Administration Officer to join the team at Hollingsworth Elders Village.

Pinangba is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander lead service delivery arm of UnitingCare. The foundations of Pinangba are built from our cultural identity and strong community relationships and partnerships.

Surrounded by gardens, trees and birdlife, Pinangba Hollingsworth Elders Village in Cairns provides holistic and harmonious residential aged care on Yidinji Country, building a stronger future together.

As an Administration Officer a key support role to the delivery of our services, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are run efficiently and our clients and residents receive an exceptional experience.

You will:

• Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers - via phone, email and in person
• Manage requests, concerns and enquiries
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource and other Blue Care systems and databases
• Use mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate - Advanced skills required)
• Assist senior staff with special projects as required
