Are you passionate about turning data into insights that drive business decisions? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Sourcing team. In this role, you will support key analytical initiatives focused on product attributes, vendor performance, chargeback reporting, and operational metrics across the organization.Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will gather, analyze, and interpret data to create meaningful reporting and dashboards that support sourcing strategies and vendor partnerships. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical expertise, build business acumen, and contribute to data-driven decision-making that impacts business performance.
Responsibilities
· Compile, cleanse, and validate business data to ensure accuracy and reliability for reporting and analysis.
· Develop and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards that provide visibility into business performance and key trends.
· Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable reporting and analytics.
· Analyze data and communicate findings in a clear, concise manner to support informed decision-making.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements, reporting enhancements, and automation to increase efficiency.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree required.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
· Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, or similar platforms.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Desire to learn and grow within a data-driven business environment.
· Retail industry experience preferred.
