Key Responsibilities
Custom Talent Solutioning
- Partner with Talent Partnering to co-create solutions beyond the global catalog, addressing specific business or regional needs
- Rapidly design, prototype, and deploy fit-for-purpose talent solutions (workshops, learning journeys, interventions, toolkits)
- Apply strong instructional design practices to ensure high-quality, scalable, and engaging experiences
Regional Delivery & Localization
- Design and deliver content tailored to local market needs, cultural nuances, and business priorities
- Enable strategic support for hyper-growth sites, new country expansions, and critical transformation initiatives
- Adapt global frameworks and content to improve local relevance and adoption
Culture & Behavior Activation
- Reinforce leadership behaviors and enterprise values through targeted, on-site engagement and interventions
- Drive adoption of key platforms (e.g., LXP) and learning strategies by embedding them into local experiences
- Partner with Transformation and Values teams to accelerate culture-shaping initiatives
Targeted Program Enablement (Selective)
- Provide limited support for global programs only when directly tied to a country-specific initiative or business need
- Ensure any involvement enhances local impact, rather than duplicating or administrating global delivery
Scope Boundaries (Critical to Role Clarity)
- Not responsible for administration or operational delivery of global programs (e.g., English language learning, compliance training, AAP, etc.)
- Focus is on high-value, customized solutioning, not standardized program execution
- Operates within enterprise frameworks while retaining flexibility to meet unique local demands

Experience & Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in learning & development, talent development, organizational effectiveness, or related field
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering custom talent solutions in complex, global organizations
- Proven track record supporting high-growth environments, transformation initiatives, or market expansion efforts
- Experience partnering closely with HR Business Partners / Talent Partners and senior business leaders
- Instructional Design Expertise
- Deep expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and experience design
- Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end learning experiences (live, virtual, digital, blended)
- AI & Digital Fluency
- Strong practical experience using AI tools to design, generate, and iterate learning content rapidly
- Ability to use AI to personalize learning experiences and increase speed, quality, and scalability
- Familiarity with modern learning platforms (e.g., LXP environments, digital learning ecosystems)
- Execution & Delivery
- Demonstrated ability to move from concept to deployment quickly with minimal structure
- Experience delivering impactful solutions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong facilitation and delivery capability for leadership and professional audiences
