What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Processing vehicle Titles and registrations accurately and efficiently
- Process Titles for all wholesale transactions, in a timely manner
- Handling FLORIDA and out-of-state deals, ensuring compliance with state regulations
- Managing lien releases, payoffs, and title corrections
- Communicating with customers, lenders, and DMV offices as needed
- Ensuring all title work is completed within required timeframes
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in title & registration processing (FL and multi-state preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Knowledge of CDK or other DMS systems a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
