ABOUT THE ROLE
As Daymark’s Director of Enrollment, you will build and lead the team responsible for the very first touchpoint most patients have with Daymark: the outreach that introduces them to our model of care and gets them scheduled for their new patient visit. You will manage a team of Enrollment Specialists who conduct outreach to patients with cancer – educating them about Daymark, addressing their questions and concerns with empathy, and converting that outreach into scheduled visits.
This is a builder role. You will own the Enrollment funnel end to end, from call scripts and outreach cadence to CRM architecture, performance dashboards, and coaching on best practices. You will be accountable for leading a high-performing, metrics-focused team and building scalable systems that align data-driven operations with high quality patient experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Hire, manage, and develop a team of Enrollment Specialists, building a repeatable playbook for ramping new hires quickly and implementing coaching for long-term performance standards.
- Own the enrollment funnel end to end in partnership with clinical and market leadership, continuously refining based on what the data shows is working.
- Build and maintain the team’s Salesforce instance to ensure every patient interaction is captured accurately and enrollment is integrated seamlessly into our new patient workflows.
- Establish and track KPIs through dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into team and funnel performance.
- Implement a structured coaching and quality assurance program with call monitoring, feedback loops, and ongoing training to maintain best practices across the team.
- Partner with Marketing, Clinical, and Market Operations teams to ensure enrollment strategy is aligned with broader patient acquisition and market growth goals.
- Scale the enrollment function to support Daymark’s growth across markets, with systems and processes that are documented, repeatable, and ready to extend to new geographies.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience. Background in sales, enrollment, or patient engagement/access, with a track record of hitting or exceeding outreach and conversion targets. Experience in healthcare, health tech, or a patient-facing services environment preferred; familiarity with care navigation, or complex patient populations is a plus.
- Proven People Manager. Direct experience managing a team of individual contributors in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
- Systems & Process Builder. Deep experience building and refining processes and systems from the ground up – including hands-on Salesforce administration, workflow design, and reporting. You know how to turn a scrappy process into a scalable one and you’re quick to identify and resolve operational barriers to keep the team moving.
- Data-Driven Operator. Comfortable digging into call metrics and funnel data to diagnose problems, test solutions, and make the case for change.
- Empathetic & Accountable Leader. You lead with empathy – for your team and for the patients they’re calling – and hold both yourself and others to a high standard of accountability and follow-through.
- Builder Mentality. Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment; comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building something from scratch.
- Mission-Driven. You’re passionate about improving the experience of people navigating a cancer diagnosis, and it shows in how you lead your team.
