At P&G, Analytics & Insights Managers play a critical role in driving business growth by transforming data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Product Supply to influence strategic decisions and optimize consumer experiences. Your expertise will help shape brand strategies and uncover new opportunities by analyzing complex consumer behavior and market trends. As an Analytics & Insights Manager at P&G, you will use your curiosity and analytical skills to discover what consumers want, why they want it, and how to influence them. You will leverage state-of-the-art analytics tools and big data to understand consumers, markets, and retailers, guiding key business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead learning plans to generate deep insights and turn them into category growth opportunities and Joint Business Planning ideas in key retailers and emerging Sales channels.

• Understand shopper needs, behaviors, and motivations to enable shopper-focused business choices.

• Partner with business leaders and collaborate within a multifunctional team (Sales, Brand Management, IT, etc.) to develop winning business strategies and communication plans.

• Build top-notch shopper understanding capabilities for A&I and Sales organizations by developing new tools and methodologies and running training sessions.

• Ensure seamless operation with key data providers, including technical data support, commercial relationship management, and guaranteeing vendor adherence to compliance rules.

Job Qualifications

• The job requires you to be based in Almaty (or you should be ready to move to Almaty with the company's support)

• Any higher education degree (up to 3 years after graduation), education in Consumer Behavior, Econometrics, Sociology, or Marketing areas would be considered an advantage

• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher level)

• Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)

• Relevant experience as Analytics Manager, Market Intelligence, or Consumer Insights Manager would be considered an advantage

• Experience in working with Household panel data (GFK, ROMIR) and Trade panel data (Nielsen) would be considered an advantage

• Strong analytical skills, including good knowledge of statistics and econometrics (e.g., significance tests and basic modeling skills)

• Data visualization skills (e.g., with Power BI)

• Entrepreneurial spirit to turn insights into impactful business plans
