- Provide regular and ad hoc performance reporting with clear root cause analysis and recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly demand planning cycles and help drive alignment across key business partners.
- Coordinate product lifecycle transitions, including New Product Introductions (NPI) and End-of-Life (EOL) planning, to support supply continuity and healthy inventory levels.
- Track key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, bias, inventory turns, forecast value add, and service levels to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of demand planning tools and processes to enhance forecast quality and team efficiency.
- Ensure planning activities align with global processes and support continuous improvement initiatives across systems, tools, and ways of working.
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new joiners, and help train team members on new tools, processes, and demand planning best practices to strengthen team capability and consistency.
