Nordstern Group of Companies is a vertically integrated group of companies specializing in aluminum and zinc manufacturing, offering end-to-end metal casting and tooling solutions.
We are currently seeking a Network and Security Technician to join our IT team! Our team manages the information systems and provides IT support and cybersecurity for our group of growing manufacturing companies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the IT Scrum Team.
- Network and Systems Administration.
- Microsoft 365 and Active Directory Administration.
- IT asset management.
- Diagnose and solve network/computer/software issues.
- Work with end users to address their requests/problems in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Participate in Cybersecurity program development.
- Configure and support security tools such as firewalls, XDR, patch management, and SIEM.
- Participate in the administration of network security policies, access control and corporate data safeguards.
- Participate in the Cybersecurity Incident Response Team.
- Travel to other locations (occasional)
