What can you expect?

Marsh Securities Ireland Ltd is the MiFID licensed entity of GC Securities in Ireland and is part of the wider GC Securities group and main point of access to the European investor market.

GC Securities (a division of Guy Carpenter) provides capital solutions beyond reinsurance, including insurance-linked securities, corporate finance and deeply informed advice on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

GC Securities complements our reinsurance brokerage colleagues to extend the range of risk-transfer solutions and advisory services for clients. We are a market leading team for all aspects of insurance-linked securities and, (re)insurance industry M&A and capital raising, serving as a single access point for clients worldwide, including insurance companies, reinsurance companies, corporates, US federal agencies, US state residual plans, sovereign countries, hedge funds, start-ups, insurtechs, etc.

GC Securities continues to be an industry leader in analysing, structuring and marketing insurance-linked securities (ILS) that provide our clients with optimal solutions for their unique risk transfer needs. Our team includes experts in a variety of ILS offerings, such as catastrophe bonds, sidecars, collateralised reinsurance and ILWs, which allows GC Securities to offer a diverse set of potential options for even the most complex risks.

Clients seeking dedicated, comprehensive guidance on (re)insurance capital raising and merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities have access to GC Securities’ network of (re)insurance and finance industry professionals. The Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisition Advisory team provides veteran insight into industry landscape and helps clients find the right solutions and opportunities afforded by this insight.

GC Securities delivers analysis, innovative solutions and execution as stages in a single client relationship, not a series of one-off engagements with different business units. This holistic approach extends beyond Guy Carpenter itself to the resources of Marsh companies, and any specialised partners that can help our client succeed.
